Terms & Disclosures
Definitions
- Content Update
- A content update is defined as routine modifications to existing site content — such as text changes, image replacements, or minor copy edits — estimated to require no more than 2 hours of work. Requests that exceed this threshold, or that involve new pages, new features, structural changes, or anything requiring meaningful development work, will be scoped separately and billed at the applicable hourly rate regardless of plan. When in doubt, I'll let you know before any billable work begins.
Disclosures
- Upstream outages. JPion Software Solutions, LLC is not responsible for service interruptions caused by upstream infrastructure providers, including but not limited to data centers, network providers, domain registrars, or DNS providers. I will make reasonable efforts to communicate status and estimated resolution time when such outages affect your site.
- Unused content updates. Included monthly content updates do not roll over to the following billing period and have no cash value.
- Pricing. All pricing is subject to change. Existing customers will receive no less than 30 days' written notice before any rate change takes effect on their plan.
- Uptime responsibility. I actively monitor all hosted sites and will respond promptly to any issues within my control. JPion Software Solutions, LLC is not responsible for downtime or degraded performance caused by outages at upstream providers — including hosting infrastructure, content delivery networks, domain registrars, or internet service providers. When an upstream outage affects your site, I'll keep you informed and work to restore service as quickly as the provider's resolution allows.
